Purple Mountain Products ™, Inc. ships within the continental U.S., it's territories, Alaska and Hawaii.
Please provide a valid shipping address for FED EX or USPS delivery.
All orders under $125 are charged a MAXIMUM rate of $9.50. If ACTUAL shipping cost is less, based on the weight
of your order and zip code, we will bill you only for our actual cost.
Orders $125 and over get FREE Shipping if ordered on-line and are continental U.S.
All products are shipped out same day or next business day from the time the order is received.
Normal shipping is by USPS Priority mail or FED EX. Please allow 1 week to 10 days for delivery.
"Second Day AIR", and "Overnight" are available at additional charge. Please specify in "comments" section of order.
You will be charged our cost.
Purple Mountain Products ™, Inc. has a 30 day UNCONDITIONAL MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (excluding shipping) on all products.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from Purple Mountain Products ™,
you may return the unused portion to the above address for a full refund. Please call customer service for a return authorization.
Please include the product, reason for return, packing slip if any, and any documentation necessary
for us to process your refund. You will be issued a refund for the full amount upon receipt of the product. If you are an AIM member, your return is subject to AIM's return policies. Please call AIM customer service direct for a return authorization.
